Minnows: Survival of the Fittest

Method:

In order for my experiment to work, I had to follow a strict plan, or method.

  1. Gather all equipment.
  2. Get the necessary amount of Pond, Rain, and Tap Water.
  3. Rainwater was made of melted snow.
  4. Using the container put the same amount of water in each bowl.
  5. Put three minnows in each bowl.
  6. All three bowls were put in the same environment.
  7. Record pH Level of water in each bowl using pH tester.
  8. Connect air pump to tubes and to each bowl.
  9. Feed minnows daily.
  10. Test and record pH levels every 5 days.
  11. Record general observations.
